There are no refunds and no *replacements given for the accounts.

There is no replacement guarantee at all. Before delivering the order, we login to each account and make sure that it's working. Then we deliver the Old/Aged account. Secondly, if an account is active for years and it's still active, then it will remain active. If we are able to login, of course you'll be able to login as well, if you are using clean IP.
If we can not login, then of course, we won't deliver it.

*If there is any password issue, means when you login, you get a password error, let us know we can replace it for the first 48 hours.
